## Main Styles

Select from four predefined visual styles, including "Eco" color themes or a more natural "Earth" landscape look.

## Colors

You can fine-tune several color aspects of the video:

- **Background** – Sets the outer space around the globe. A darker background typically works best.

- **Label** – Defines the color of popup text that appears on the globe.

## Speed

Controls how quickly the animation moves between waypoints.

## Units

Choose to display travel distance in **kilometers** or **miles**. Select `-` to hide distance display entirely.

## Starting Zoom-In

When enabled, the video starts with a zoom-in effect from a wider view onto the starting point.

## Ending Zoom-Out

When enabled, the video ends with a zoom-out from the final location.

## Show Logo

Free users will see the **Mult.dev** watermark embedded into the video. Pro users can choose to remove it entirely.

## Place labels

This setting allow you to show place labels in a different way

- **Current**  Only shows the label of the currently visited place

## Try to Show Full Route at End

If enabled, the final camera position will attempt to zoom out and show the entire route at once.

## Country Names and Flags

Displays country names and flags along the route, adding geographical context to the animation.

## Title

Sets the name under which this video will appear in your personal video library.

## Music

Select from several music tracks to accompany your video.

## Final Tip

Don't be afraid to experiment! Every journey is unique, and your video should reflect that. Play around with styles, speeds, and music until it feels just right.

# Why You Might Not See Your Videos or Purchases

One of the most common questions we receive in support is:  

> *"Why can’t I see the videos I’ve created?"*  
> *"I purchased a Pro package, but the app still asks me to upgrade."*

In most cases, this happens because the user signed in with **a different email address or authentication provider** than the one originally used.

## How to Check Which Account You’re Using

1. Go to your [Profile page](https://mult.dev/profile) by clicking your **user icon** in the top-right corner.

2. Look for the **email address** shown on the page.  
   - This is the address we use to send notifications when your videos are ready.
   - If it’s not the email you expected, try logging out and signing in with another account you own.

## Matching Accounts Across Auth Providers

You can log in with any supported authentication provider (Google, Apple, email/password, etc.).  
If you use **the same email address**, we will connect it to the same account.

## Special Note for Apple Sign In Users

If you sign in with **Apple** and choose **“Hide My Email”**, Apple will generate a unique, private relay address that looks like this:

```

- This address is unique to your Apple sign-in and will not match your real email.
- If you later sign in with Google or another provider, we won’t be able to link it to your Apple account.

**Recommendation:**  
Always use the **same email address and the same authentication provider** when logging in.  
If you used Apple Sign In with **Hide My Email**, continue using it for future logins to keep your videos and purchases accessible.

Why I can not see my videos / purchases

With **mult.dev**, you can now easily import your route directly from **Google Maps** — no GPX files or manual steps needed. All you need is a link.

1. First prepare your route in Google Maps. You can use a browser version or Google Apps mobile app.
When you ready click to share the route and copy the url.

2. In Mult.de app tap the **plus ➕ at the bottom of the screen** to add a new point

3. Select the **Google Maps** tab

4. Copy the route link (Google Maps → **Share** → **Copy link**)  

5. Paste it into the field and click **Parse URL**

# How to Create Your First Video in mult.dev

**mult.dev** is a service that turns your travel route into a beautiful animated video.  
It works in your browser and is also available as an app — just open [mult.dev](https://mult.dev) and start creating.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to making your first video.

## Step 1. Open mult.dev

You can use mult.dev via:

Click **Create Video** to open the route editor.
