## Speed

Controls how quickly the animation moves between waypoints.

## Units

Choose to display travel distance in **kilometers** or **miles**. Select `-` to hide distance display entirely.

## Starting Zoom-In

When enabled, the video starts with a zoom-in effect from a wider view onto the starting point.

## Ending Zoom-Out

When enabled, the video ends with a zoom-out from the final location.

## Place labels
This setting allows you to configure which place labels are being shown.

**Current** - shows only the current visited place. All other labels are hidden.

**Visited** - shows labels of placed visited so far.

**Always** - All the places in the route have labels at the very start of the video.

Note that sometime labels can be hidden if **Optimize overlapping labels** is enabled.

## Optimize overlapping labels
On routes with places near each other labels can overlap when **Place labels** is set to **Always** or **Visited**.
This setting hides some of the labels so that the end result is less messy. If you what to always show all the labels - turn it off.

## Show Logo

Free users will see the **Mult.dev** watermark embedded into the video. Pro users can choose to remove it entirely.

If enabled, the final camera position will attempt to zoom out and show the entire route at once.

## Country Names and Flags

Displays country names and flags along the route, adding geographical context to the animation.

# Why You Might Not See Your Videos or Purchases

One of the most common questions we receive in support is:  

> *"Why can’t I see the videos I’ve created?"*  
> *"I purchased a Pro package, but the app still asks me to upgrade."*

In most cases, this happens because the user signed in with **a different email address or authentication provider** than the one originally used.

## How to Check Which Account You’re Using

1. Go to your [Profile page](https://mult.dev/profile) by clicking your **user icon** in the top-right corner.

2. Look for the **email address** shown on the page.  
   - This is the address we use to send notifications when your videos are ready.
   - If it’s not the email you expected, try logging out and signing in with another account you own.

## Matching Accounts Across Auth Providers

You can log in with any supported authentication provider (Google, Apple, email/password, etc.).  
If you use **the same email address**, we will connect it to the same account.

## Special Note for Apple Sign In Users

If you sign in with **Apple** and choose **“Hide My Email”**, Apple will generate a unique, private relay address that looks like this:

- This address is unique to your Apple sign-in and will not match your real email.
- If you later sign in with Google or another provider, we won’t be able to link it to your Apple account.

**Recommendation:**  
Always use the **same email address and the same authentication provider** when logging in.  
If you used Apple Sign In with **Hide My Email**, continue using it for future logins to keep your videos and purchases accessible.

Why I can not see my videos / purchases

With **mult.dev**, you can now easily import your route directly from **Google Maps** — no GPX files or manual steps needed. All you need is a link.

1. First prepare your route in Google Maps. You can use a browser version or Google Apps mobile app.
